After long-term use, the hydraulic universal testing machine is prone to oil heating in the hydraulic system. Based on years of experience, our company has proven that one of the main reasons for this situation is high mechanical loss. The specific reasons are as follows:
1、 The machining accuracy and assembly quality of hydraulic components are poor. Solution: Ensure the machining quality of the hydraulic components of the universal testing machine, and unqualified components cannot be installed into the system for use. The installation accuracy of relative moving parts must meet the specified technical requirements.
2、 Poor lubrication of relative moving parts. Solution: Improve the lubrication conditions of relative moving parts, adhere to regular inspections of universal testing machines, and immediately eliminate any poor lubrication conditions.
3、 Poor installation accuracy, for example, the hydraulic cylinder of the universal testing machine is not parallel to the guide rail. Solution: When installing the hydraulic cylinder, the measurement should be based on the guide rail to ensure the parallelism requirements between the cylinder axis and the guide rail.
