3. The trouser shaped specimen is clamped into the gripper at a certain depth according to the regulations. The specimen is placed on the gripper of the machine and subjected to a tensile test at the specified speed until it fractures.

4. Record the force values of right angle and crescent shaped specimens, and use an automatic drawing device to record all force values during the test process for pants shaped specimens.

1. Pay attention to the level of the environment and location, as well as whether the power supply voltage is rusty.

2. Whether the buttons on the operation panel can work properly and whether the data has been swapped.

3. Whether the various speeds of the crossbeam can operate normally, whether there are any signs of breakage on the motor belt, and whether the tightness is appropriate.

4. The accessories are replaced according to different test contents, and the machine part is regularly lubricated with lubricating oil.
