The XBY4605SB microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts a single space oil cylinder downward structure. Adopting a bidirectional differential oil cylinder to achieve bidirectional control of tension and compression in one space, suitable for occasions mainly focused on tensile testing.

The testing machine adopts a gapless rigid structure, which directly uses the lifting and lowering of the piston to adjust the testing space, making it easy and efficient to operate. A closed-loop servo control system composed of an electrical controller, servo valve, force sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer can automatically and accurately control the testing process, and automatically measure test parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation.

This testing machine is mainly used for tensile testing of metal materials, and can achieve control processes such as constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement. It can also achieve three-stage control of force, deformation, and displacement in one test, and the smooth transition between each control can be achieved.

The computer and measurement and control system collect test data and send control instructions, which can automatically control the test process and obtain test results. The test curve and test results are displayed in real time on the microcomputer screen, and the test report and test curve are printed by the printer. The system has a return function, and after the test is completed, the loading cylinder piston can automatically or manually return to its initial position.

Maintenance and upkeep during user use

Fixed and trained testers must be arranged to operate the product, and others are not allowed to operate it;

Operators must carefully read the user manual and software manual;

During daily testing, the equipment should be preheated for 30 minutes after starting, especially during low temperatures in winter;

At the end of the experiment, turn off the machine in the correct order and cut off all power sources;

After each experiment, the tester should use a metal brush to clean the remaining iron slag on the clamping surface of the jaws, so as not to affect the clamping of the next sample, and at the same time protect the tooth shape of the jaws from damage;

After each experiment, the tester should use a brush to clean the iron slag that falls on the lower jaw seat and worktable, in order to prevent the iron slag from entering the gap between the lower clamping oil cylinder and the screw, and losing the clamping oil cylinder and screw;

Test personnel should regularly check the oil level, fixture integrity, clean residue, apply rust proof oil, etc. according to the instructions;

If conducting brittle material testing, a self-made safety net can be used to prevent the sample from breaking and flying out, causing injury;

When there is an abnormal situation with the product, immediately turn off the power and stop the test;
