The testing machine adopts a frame structure of welded steel plates as a whole, with a single output rod double acting piston cylinder applying test force through a reverse frame composed of a moving crossbeam pull rod and a front pull head. The sample is connected by a pin shaft, and the high-precision load sensor measures the force. The tension space of the rear pull head can be adjusted step by step according to the sample specification length, and the rear pull head is adjusted by electric deceleration. The manual pin is fixed on both sides of the frame to display the test force and test curve on the computer screen. The test data is automatically processed according to the requirements of the test method. This machine is mainly suitable for tensile strength testing of rope materials such as power accessories, wires and cables, double hooks, safety belts, chains, chain hoists, large standard parts, steel wire ropes, steel strands, etc.
