In this season full of harvest, we welcome the 17th offline sharing session of Sansi Eternal. In this issue, we delved into the philosophy of Kyocera and had a lively discussion around the theme of "self growth and self transcendence". Thank you to the second study group for their careful organization, as well as Chen Shiyan and Sheng Haoyue for sharing the wonderful speeches of the students.
Special thanks to our host Lin Bo and Li Soaring, who are responsible for computer playback and photography. Their professionalism and enthusiasm have greatly enhanced this sharing event. We are also honored to invite Mr. Chen Xin, General Manager of Huashang Zhiju, who shared his profound understanding of "good rain knows the season, when spring happens" under the theme of "3.0 landing and flowering". Teacher Chen Xin used poetic language to metaphorically describe the role of leadership, emphasizing that leaders should moisten things silently like spring rain, help employees grow, and achieve a leap from grassroots to management.
Teacher Chen Xin's words reveal a sincere expectation for the growth of employees, just like the spring bamboo shoots silently accumulating strength underground, waiting for the moment when they break through the soil. He encouraged us to be like bamboo shoots, able to endure loneliness, accumulate strength, and wait for the opportunity to come. At the same time, Mr. Xiong also has high hopes for the two new members who are about to join the book club on Kongba, encouraging them to put in 200% effort to achieve their ideal life goals.
Reading is an indispensable part of life, it can help us constantly grow and surpass ourselves. We hope more colleagues can join the book club, learn together, and make progress together. Let us bravely exercise ourselves, express our thoughts, and create an environment full of wisdom and growth together on the platform provided by the company.
The group that won first place in this semester is the first study group. The top three students are Li Wusong, Peng Jiaodong, and Chen Shiyan. Congratulations to the award-winning groups and students. We hope that other students can continue to work hard and achieve excellent results in the next semester!
Thank you again to all the friends who participated in this sharing session. Let's look forward to the next gathering and explore more knowledge and wisdom together.
