1. Hydraulic fixtures are heavy, so be careful during assembly to avoid injuring people or machines.

2. During transportation and movement, there should be no significant impact to avoid damage caused by collision and deformation of hydraulic fixtures and hydraulic stations.

★ Tips for using:

When there are phenomena such as "steps" and "shaking" on the experimental curve, but there is no obvious slipping phenomenon in the jaws, a thin layer of randomly attached graphite powder can be evenly applied on the inclined surface where the jaw seat (jaw slider) contacts the clamp, which can effectively solve this problem. When the test curve is smooth and there is no such phenomenon, there is no need to apply graphite powder.

It should be noted that when applying graphite powder, please be careful. Graphite powder should not be applied to the jaws (especially the clamping tooth surface) and the sample, otherwise it may not be firmly clamped and slip may occur;
